My trip to the gun shop....

Well on Saturday the local gun shop had their 5th anniversary celebration. There were employee/reps there from PSE, Sig, S&W, among others... Luckly I received and unexpected bonus check at work today.. So guess what?? I went shopping.. After looking at a variety of guns, both rifle and handguns(Sig's were sweet, but a bit out of my range, the mosquito felt great in the hand but I felt the trigger was horrible.) I settled on this beauty. A limited edition S&W 22A:




Now I'm debation on mounting a red dot scope on it. I'm on my way out right now to do some test firing with it..

Order a few recoil buffers from Numrich/Gun Parts. A couple magazine base pads too. The base pads are somewhat fragile and will shatter when dropped. Trigger jobs are a little challenging but can be done. My brother won one at Rimfire Steel Challenge, they are known as the poor man's Model 41. Lotta potential!!
