Wow, no semi-autos? Impessive collection ya got there What 'fer? I don't even know how to run one of those new fangled things. ;D Seriously, I have had them and may add a Brno 581 at some point for fun. Just a personal preference thing I guess...they just aren't my thing. (Unless they are evil Black rifles ect maybe....Really want a CZ VZ-58 some day) Thanks for the compliment. Oh by the way before I get called on it... the two on the left are CF's. (Far left is my ZKK-600 LUX in .270 and the other is a ZKK-601 in .223 Rem...only factory one I know of in the USA so far.)

TOU, You really should have at least 2 left handed ones in there. You don't want anyone to think that you are a bigoted right hander.

TOU, You really should have at least 2 left handed ones in there. You don't want anyone to think that you are a bigoted right hander. It's funny you say that...earlier today someone elsewhere said the same thing. (sorry if the following is a re-post for some) It looks like my youngest child, 4 year old boy, is going to be a South-Paw too.(My wife and I as well as our other 4 children are all right handed thus I have no left handed rifles yet.) It leaves me wondering...should I watch for a deal on a lefty or not. You see my older brother was a South-Paw too. However while he was strongly left-hand dominant...eating, writing, baseball ect; what is interesting though, is that he shot right-hand dominant. But as most lefty's, he had a greater disposition to doing things ambidextrously than righty's. He could actually almost shoot left handed as well...but not quite even though he was a lefty. (I for one can't shoot left handed worth a darn...I think that it's being right eye dominant as much as anything and can most likely be learned...I guess I'm just too lazy.) He would kick my butt when we were shooting gophers out of a truck because of his abilities to be able to shoot either hand. (I know..I know...65,000 acre ranch in Canada on their dirt roads.) For him, I don't know if it was inherent or whether it was learned as he was 5 years older than me and shooting long before me. I do know that he grew up shooting a right handed semi-automatic Marlin and there wasn't any money for any custom guns, that's for sure. So I often wonder if I should just go ahead and see if I can get my boy to naturally develop this ambidextrousness or not. It is nice to have a CZ option though...but being a lefty really does somewhat limit your options.

Yep, options for leftys are limited. Probably the best deal as far as cost is the Savage MKII. I've owned 2 of them and after you work the trigger over they are fine rifles, but the CZ is great for the cost too.

I'm not a 10/22 guy per-se....but that thing is drop dead gorgeous. I'd be scared to hunt with it. Very nice!
